This blog post if for the ones who pre-ordered extra batteries.
I tried everything I could to find a solution to refund extra batteries, but our funds are now barely enough to ship all your SLICK which is my very first priority. And I didn’t want to compromise the quality of the product to save money!
What does it mean:
I don’t want you to pay for something you won’t receive. So I want to refund you and I will refund you.
Thus, I need to raise additional private money to refund your batteries, which is very uncomfortable for me. It means that i’m giving away more and more of the company and lose control. It’s also extremely time consuming.
So, let’s do this:
-Almost all of you are directly sharing all the love with me by direct message, I propose that we wait together that SLICK makes revenue in our next batch of manufacturing before I refund your money for spare batteries. The first cents we make will go in your pocket for the battery refund.
-If you really don’t want to wait and support the project for a bit longer, I can refund you before shipping and I will have to raise the amount of money it represents from private investors.
WHAT TO DO NOW: Please do not send us hundreds of emails now since we are really focusing on shipping Slick. Please comment on the blog your feeling/thought. Send us an email only when you figure out that I'm financially able to refund (After the next batch or If I raise more money).
